Riverina First Community Fund
The Riverina First Community Fund is philanthropic fund used for improving social, cultural and community services and facilities in Riverina communities. The fund is now a project of RDA-Riverina.
Applications closed for the Riverina First Community Fund Rd 8 on 30 June 2010. Currently applications are being assessed and applicants should be notified in late July/early August 2010 if they have been successful.

Local Government Areas eligible for the Riverina First Community fund are: Bland, Carrathool, Coolamon, Cootamundra, Corowa, Greater Hume, Griffith, Gundagai, Hay, Jerilderie, Junee, Leeton, Lockhart, Murrumbidgee, Narrandera, Temora, Tumbarumba, Tumut, Urana and Wagga Wagga.
From 2003-2008 the Riverina First Community Fund contributed in excess of $160,000 in cash grants for community projects throughout the region, supported the installation of mobile base stations in Rankins Springs, Walla Walla, Marrar and Holbrook and assisted with the delivery of broadband ADSL to several communities throughout the Riverina.
